Dr. Naveen Chaudhary, the visionary founder and director of PhageLytix, brings a wealth of expertise to the forefront of phage therapy. He earned his Ph.D. in phage therapy from PGIMER, Chandigarh, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Neelam Taneja between 2015 and 2021. Following the completion of his doctoral studies, Dr. Naveen embarked on a journey dedicated to advancing phage-based treatments. He commenced his career as a Research Associate in a DBT-funded research

 aimed at developing a potent cocktail of phages to combat UTIs caused by extensively drug-resistant (XDR) uropathogenic E. coli isolates. Building on this foundation, Dr. Naveen continued to expand his contributions as a Postdoctoral Independent ICMR Fellow, focusing on evaluating the efficacy of phage-antibiotic synergy. His relentless pursuit of scientific excellence and commitment to improving patient outcomes underscores PhageLytix’s dedication to pioneering advancements in the field of phage therapy.
